Starting this journey, I had felt no self-worth, and I allowed people to treat me less than I deserved. In the past I believed I had boundaries, but going through these sessions I realised that I actually do not know how to set boundaries. Now I know that self-worth means learning how to say no without feeling guilty, protect my self-worth and how others treat me. Rewriting my inner script helped me to get a better understanding of who I really am.
